Capture a decision

Paste the decision and the reason behind it, in whatever words you used at the time. An interview is a reconstruction — the two sentences you write while deciding are the reasoning itself.

A capture needs both a decision and a reason. “Ship it” is not a framework; “don't ship it, because the eval only covers the happy path” is.
